The Combined Assessment and Property Tax Notice is mailed at the end of April each year. Taxes are due and payable by June 30.
We offer a Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP), that allows
property owners to pay their property taxes in monthly installments rather than a single payment, making the payment of taxes more manageable. Residents must apply by January 15 to be considered for the current year taxes. If you purchase a new home after this date and wish to take part in the TIPP's program, please contact the Town Office at 780-921-3550 for additional information.
